Here are some "old" pics from Labor Day with the family at Wrightsville Beach, NC. Couldn't keep the kids out of the ocean and they only spent maybe 5 minutes in the pool at the place where we were staying. That was a first and made me very happy.
"Daddy, are there any sharks here?"
"Not as far as you know. Well, maybe....maybe not"
I did a little SUP surfing at the inlet that weekend. Fishcamp told me later that right after I left him, he saw 3 sharks. Ignorance is bliss.
