Just an d FYI the vendors in Cabarete all have numbers on their shirts. If you are overly ticked of feel overly acosted especially by one person you can report the number to the beach patrol, usually hanging out around the frech restuarant just down from Oshays irish pub. but keep in mind this is their occupation and they really don't make much more than 100 a month. the peg leg dud is faking it though ...!
