It sucks being on IR. Its been a good 3 year stretch of no injuries until now (well, except for that minor concussion from mtn biking). Had to postpone a trip to Hood River with friends but will get back there soon enough. If you're healthy, count your blessings and take advantage of it every day. Get outdoors. Here's something to hopefully inspire you - a fun little short film I put together of some fun outdoor adventures with friends and family the last few years. I can't wait to get back at it.

Banff Mountain Film Festival 2013 World Tour
I'm very late posting my annual review of the Banff Mountain Film Festival World Tour. The 2013 tour came through NC back in March at the High Point Theater. First, here are my reviews from the last 3 years' tours.
2012 Review
2011 Review
2010 Review
The 2013 tour was great as always with some real gems. Here is the 2013 Banff Mountain Film Festival World Tour intro video:
The ones we saw at the High Point Theater tour stop are below either in full length format or in trailer format. Lily Shreds Trailside is a fun short film you have to see (with great use of the GoPro camera). Crossing The Ice was an amazing story - part crazy, part perseverance. Danny Macaskill and Alex Honnold continue to amaze. And Anthill Films has another awesome mountain bike film. Enjoy...
